Our Superb Service

Did you know that there are more than 100 important components in air conditioning and heating systems? And more than 50 things that can go wrong! Some, just a nuisance. And some that can spell disaster!

When something goes wrong with your air conditioning or heating, you want it fixed right away. You don’t know what’s wrong, but you know you’re uncomfortable. What’s worse, you don’t know if it’s a $99 problem or a $940 problem. Or that whatever it is can’t be fixed at all!

You’ve got to call somebody. But who? You’ve heard the horror stories … those guys who come out and look at you as though you were a human ATM machine! Sure, they dive right in and fix the problem … never really telling you exactly what the problem was … and you’re cool for a while … or warm. But in a week or two, the problem is back. They’re out again … it’s fixed again … and you’re comfortable again … for a while.

Problems with your air conditioning or heating systems can be scary, stressful, expensive, and even dangerous, but problems with your equipment can be non-existent with the right team on your side.

Our technicians must have at least two years experience as an apprentice in service, repair and installation before they’re allowed to go “solo” on repair work. They are graduates of private HVAC institutes and must participate in continuing technical education programs. They also regularly attend seminars to learn communication, sales, finance, management and marketing skills. They are drug-free, neat in appearance, mindful of their speech and respectful of your property. They are truly an elite group of whom we are very proud.

When our technician arrives at your home for an equipment repair, his only concern is to fix your problem and leave you 100% satisfied.

Your problem is fixed right the first time … or it’s FREE!

(Keep in mind; if you are a Gold or Platinum Member, the Diagnostic is FREE to you)
When you call us to your home to fix a problem, we’ll arrive ready for any heating or cooling problem. Our trucks are stocked with hundreds of parts and our highly experienced technicians have completed years of diagnostic and repair training. The diagnostic fee is a flat fee, regardless of how long it takes to identify your problem.

Your entire system will be thoroughly checked and tested. When our technician has located the problem, he will explain what the problem is, what options are available to you and how your particular situation can be repaired using our Fixed, Up-Front Pricing Guide included with this pamphlet. When looking over this Pricing Guide you will see how much each repair is up-front (no surprises!) and you will also see the discounted rates of each level of repair for our Excel Club Members.

It will give you great piece of mind to know the company you choose to service the most important equipment in your home lets you know up front how much you will have to invest in a repair; instead of trying to rack up un-needed billable hours to help their bottom line. Excel is only interested in satisfying your needs and making you a lifetime client.
